I am an assistant professor at Toronto Metropolitan University and a member of the
Place and Infrastructure Theme
of the Bridging Divides program.
My research involves the application of econometric, statistical, and machine learning models
to understand travel behaviour and travel demand. Through my research, I aim to gain insights
into how shared mobility services and advanced digital technologies can help people
meet their mobility needs and access opportunities. I strive to answer research questions
that can support the development of policies that contribute to improved mobility, accessibility,
and sustainability. My research tends to be collaborative and interdisciplinary in nature, with
past projects being completed in collaboration with the City of Toronto, TransLink, and the
California Air Resources Board.
